Maison Mélan Moutet is a French family-owned company specializing in the production of caps and corks for food packaging.
Founded in 1880 by Louis Moutet, it has been run by the same family for five generations.
This love of caps and corks has been handed down like an art from father to son.
As experts in caps and corks, we design and manufacture products for different segments of the bottling industry: plastic caps , “natural corks, crown caps, screw-caps, and over caps.
Maison Mélan Moutet is involved in the water, fruit juice, milk, still wine, Champagne and sparkling wine markets.
Our companies, Solocap Mab, STBP, Comptoir Commercial Champenois and Société Champenoise des Lièges are responsible for the manufacture and sales of each of these products.
We have maintained this positioning in order to provide our customers with a local service, know-how and rigour specific to each business.
